Esther is a successful all-round rider winning National, European and International titles
in various disciplines.

Esther Elvezia Weber was born in 1980 Zurich, Switzerland. Her multicultural background gave her the possibility to ride, train and show in Europe and in the United States at a very early age.

Having started riding in classical English style at the age of seven, Esther went through various riding styles in her early stages. As she lived in San Diego, California for two years, she rode and competed in Saddle Seat on Morgan Horses and American Saddlebreds and then later switched riding style to Western Pleasure and Western Horsemanship. When moved back to Zurich, she was taking Dressage lessons.

After having had the challenge to ride and train in different riding styles, Esther started to focus mainly on western disciplines in 1992.

From 1994 onward she was flying twice a year to train in the United States with top US trainers specializing in reining. While training with top US and European trainers, Esther started developing her own training techniques.

Developing her feel and understanding for the horse, Esther was always interested in further education about equine behavior. Having visited one of the early seminars of famous horseman Pat Parelli in Germany in 1995, she found her own way how to combine “Natural Horsemanship” with the show horse. The result: A horse listening to his rider in harmony, achieving success and long lasting attitude toward training and shows.

Showing successfully all three American breeds: Appaloosas, Quarter Horses and Paint Horses over the past twenty years, Esther is known as well to train and show successfully other equine breeds. Esther loves the challenge of versatility: to ride the elegant dancing dressage horses to the quiet but dynamic American breeds or to enjoy the nature while jumping cross country obstacles.

Her experience of working and showing stallions at her parent’s ranch gave her valuable knowledge about training and handling them.

Esther is known to be in the Czech Republic one of the most successful versatile riders winning at major shows in Europe National, European and International titles in various disciplines.

In addition to competition Esther loves to take part at shows and demonstrate her style on various horse breeds presenting eye-appealing numbers, as her stallions performing bridle less …

Besides actively being focused on horses, Esther continually followed her educational program receiving her Bachelor’s degree in International and European Economic Studies at the University of New York in Prague in 2003, and in March 2006 she finished her Master’s Degree in Professional Communication and Public Relations La Salle University, PA, USA. Despite speaking multiple languages and her educational background, Esther has decided to continue her activites mainly in the equine world. She says: “I can not imagine for me another fulfilling field of work, where I can meet so many interesting people from all over the world and all we are fascinated by the beauty of horses. Ev
